Donna Tate, CEO for C.U.I., is the Chairperson for the Veterans Mental Health Advocacy Council. The Council brings awareness to mental illness; assists veterans and their families with navigating resources in the V.A. system; and provides referrals and training in collaboration with other mental health agencies and veterans support groups.
